Design Services

The Helfen Team have experience in providing design and contract administration services for new buildings. Our experience studying building failures provides a unique perspective for design work, giving us the opportunity to apply that experience in a way which avoids future failure and maximises performance.

We have a particular interest in design of buildings which explore the full capability of technologies available to us, including through passive house principles. We aspire to create buildings that both perform and age well considering fields of weathertightness, energy efficiency, sustainability and durability. Our endeavour is to produce quality architectural responses that provide both assurance and confidence in our building stock.
